To book your place on any of the courses please email Edward at info@creatstudio.co.uk and I will send you all the payment details.
Courses have to be paid for in full at the time of booking. Fees are not refundable, however, we can make changes to bookings if sufficient notice is given and a charge is made.
CANCELLATIONS BY US
Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received, this has only happened once in five years so is unlikely.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
If you wish to cancel your place on a course your request must be made in writing to info@creatstudio.co.uk.
If your written request is received more than one month prior to the course start date you will be entitled to a full refund, less an administrative charge of £15 to cover our costs.
If your written request is received within one month of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund unless a replacement student can be found for your place.
If a replacement student is found prior to the course start date, you will be entitled to a full refund, less an administrative charge of £15.
